Job Title: Divisional Controller

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with divisional accounting teams to ensure proper internal controls, adherence to policies and procedures, protect assets and develop strong financial discipline.
- Produce timely, accurate and actionable financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Lead job costing and manufacturing accounting consistency across all businesses.
- Develop strong accounting practices around recording and invoicing service technician activities and parts inventory management.
- Lead the financial integration of multiple acquired companies and implement common finance processes, procedures, and controls.
- Develop GAAP-compliant finance processes and systems that serve business needs and successfully pass compliance and audit standards.
- Build finance teams at both the division and corporate level with competent, talented, and high-performing individuals to ensure stable and trustworthy financial operations and reports.
Requirements:
- Strong team leadership skills and promoting comradery and teamwork with geographically dispersed team members.
- Successfully led the business and finance integration projects of multiple acquired companies during a single accounting period.
- Strong numerical proficiency in mathematics, statistics, and other quantitative disciplines.
- Strong experience in operating with disparate accounting systems and platforms.
- Strong understanding and application of GAAP.
- Experience in system integration, data cleansing, and BI warehouses.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and creating structured processes in an unstructured environment.
- Strong capabilities with ERP, experience in major platforms such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, SAGE, Infor.
- Hold a current Certified Public Accountant, Certified Financial Advisor or similar certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in private equity or corporate finance planning and analysis role.
- Minimum 3 years' experience supervising finance team staff.
- Strong background in Percent Project Completion Accounting methods, rules, and schedules to ensure all active projects are billed and collected over the course of production.
- Fluency in English language – able to speak and type - multilingual a plus.
- Speak to customers in a professional and respectful etiquette, even in interactions of stress, complaint, or urgency.
- Create perfectly accurate transactions in company information technology systems.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or work comparable experience.
- 5 years of work-related experience.
- Experience with manufacturing operations preferred.
- Understanding of branch locations preferred.
- Private equity ownership and acquisitions experience a plus.

- Experience in financial forecasting.
- Experience in creating company-wide annual budgets.

- Open to listening to and considering opinions that differ from your own.
- Experience with Private Equity-backed companies is a plus.
Required Education:
- BS Finance or related quantitative field required.
- MS Finance or related quantitative field preferred.
