Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Fabricator to join our team at Kanawha Scales & Systems, a division of American Equipment Holdings.
The successful candidate will be responsible for welding, fitting, and fabricating various components using measuring devices and tools. This role requires strong attention to detail, ability to work with precision, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding, fitting, and fabrication of various components according to specifications and blueprints.
- Use measuring devices such as measuring tapes, squares, dial calipers, etc., to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure quality and precision in all fabricated components.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve any fabrication issues or challenges.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in welding and fitting.
- Knowledge of measuring devices and tools.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical background and proficiency in mechanical tools.
- Knowledge of hydraulics and plumbing.
- Knowledge of electrical wiring.
