Responsibilities include:
- Performing routine maintenance tasks on cranes, including inspections, lubrication, and adjustments.
- Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and breakdowns to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Consulting with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Generating sales leads during service calls to drive revenue growth.
- Documenting all work performed accurately and neatly in the service report.
