We are looking for a Install Coordinator in our Anaheim location
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via telephone & email
- Assist with customer questions, concerns & escalate to appropriate staff
- Provide support to install technicians while in the field
- Arrange Delivery & Return of Rental Equipment
- Maintain Sage(ERP) & Salesforce project files
- Submit documents needed for technician site badging
- Scanning of certificates and files into proper folders
- Create/Update Work Orders
- Schedule & call off load testing equipment
- Review Timecards
Required Skills/Abilities
- Excellent communication skills including active listening
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
- Extremely organized, self-starter
- Microsoft 365 proficient (Must)
- SAGE 100 or equivalent ERP experience (Preferred)
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience required.
Work Environment
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
