In this role, you will:
- Retain client business through site visits, problem solving, and acting as a liaison to laboratory management and operations.
- Assess needs by using accepted client service processes to maintain customer satisfaction and grow sales.
- Manage customer/supplier relationship functions through reports and evaluation.
- Generate additional business through site visits and consultation with clients to increase market share of existing products and services.
- Supports the Sales Team and the Sales/Marketing Director in providing timely, professional and courteous service.
All you need is:
- Minimum of 1-2 years in client services/customer service;
- valid driver’s license
Bonus points if you've got:
- Business-related BS/BA degree or equivalent
