With ambitious growth plans and a focus on operational excellence, we are seeking a dynamic COO to lead and transform our operations across both businesses.
Role Overview :
The Director of Operations will shadow the current COO, for 3-6 months to gain deep insight into the business, its operations, and its culture. This role demands a hands-on, high-energy leader who will oversee and streamline our logistics, operations, and 3PL infrastructure. The successful candidate will serve as the right-hand to the COO, taking charge of day-to-day operations, driving efficiency, and spearheading strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership & Strategy : Eventually transition into COO role, providing strategic oversight for both ShipLogiq and BlueTime Inc.
- 3PL Management : Oversee the operations and expansion of 3PL services, and ensuring seamless operations.
- Operational Excellence : Manage end-to-end logistics, operations, and e-commerce processes to drive growth and efficiency.
- Infrastructure Oversight : Ensure all clients benefit from a robust 3PL infrastructure, addressing their logistics needs effectively.
- Collaboration : Work closely with teams across Somerset, CA, and other warehouse locations, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.
- Execution : Roll up your sleeves and engage directly in operational challenges, demonstrating a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
