Job Title : Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Shipping Manager
Location : Somerset NJ (5 days a week)
Reports to : Warehouse Manger
Job Type : Full-Time
Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Shipping Manager to oversee our DTC shipping operations, ensuring that our products are efficiently delivered to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of shipping and logistics for our DTC channel, including working with third-party carriers, overseeing the fulfillment process, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, a deep understanding of DTC operations, and a data-driven approach to optimize the shipping experience.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Shipping and Logistics Management
- Manage end-to-end shipping operations for DTC orders, including order processing, picking, packing, and delivery.
- Oversee daily shipping schedules, ensuring that all orders are shipped on time and in accordance with customer expectations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain shipping policies and procedures to streamline processes and reduce delays.

Key Requirements :
Experience : 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar role in a direct-to-consumer environment, preferably within eCommerce or retail.
Education : Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field..
Technical Skills : Proficiency with logistics and shipping software (e.g., ShipStation, ShipBob, NetSuite, or similar platforms), and advanced knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis.
Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze data, track key performance metrics, and implement data-driven solutions.
Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and negotiate with carriers.
Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to troubleshoot shipping and logistics issues efficiently and effectively.
Organizational Skills : Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications :
