Production/ Logistics/Sample Coordinator – Home Textiles

Job Description

AXNY Home is seeking an experienced Production and Sample Coordinator, responsible for driving the production and sourcing strategies that enable the home categories to grow. This role will oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to final delivery, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely execution. Strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to manage development timelines, vendor relationships, and production schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage in-house sample organization, unboxing, tagging, and maintaining trackers with relevant technical specs pricing
• Field, locate, and coordinate all sample requests from cross-functional partners
• Work closely with Product Development to prepare, receive, and organize samples, maintaining a sample tracker
• Assist in setting up product and assortment presentations in partnership with Design and Merchandising
• Fill out all product templates for AXNY production team
• Responsible for filling product production detail templates as per customers request
• Coordinate all logistics with suppliers and AXNY team.
• Manage production calendar and ensure deliveries and timelines are met
• Coordinate production samples with suppliers
• Coordinate all product creation, UPC management and customers shipping guidelines are met.
• Maintain detailed records for sample approvals, pre-production milestones, and testing compliance
• Create, revise, input and maintain production orders and transmission to factories. Coordinate tracking of all pre-production samples and stock deliveries.
• Enter and maintain updates for each style in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system or shared drives; perform daily tracking of goods on order, in progress (WIP) and in-transit to ensure timely delivery according to development calendar
• Create and distribute production status reports; follow-up with vendors, factories and Design/Merchandising as needed.
  
  

Salary $65k

Qualifications

• 3 years experience sourcing / product development / design in home textiles industry
• Thorough understanding of the design and development process, with experience working in global factories
• Strong Excel skills
• Factory relationships are a plus
• Excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritize work and juggle multiple tasks.
• Previous experience in the Home Textile Industry is required
