Summary :
AES is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our sales team. This role supports Account Managers in managing client accounts from contract negotiation to event completion. The ideal candidate will aid in trade show production, vendor coordination, and on-site client support.
The Basics :
Client Support and Event Coordination (60%)
- Assist Account Managers throughout the sales cycle
- Support clients in achieving their event goals within budget constraints
- Manage incoming account details and share key information with relevant departments
- Act as a secondary point of contact for clients
- Create event schedules and timelines
- Assist with on-site event tasks
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors
- Contribute to event layout preparation and floor plan drafting
Graphics Support (20%)
Administrative Support (20%)
