The Data Platform and Machine Learning teams are part of the Amex GBT Egencia global product organization. The teams enhance and evolve our organization's data capabilities to deliver the power of a data-driven organization.
As a Data Product manager, you will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders to identify data needs by leveraging the data flow throughout an entire product lifecycle and capturing the data requirements for each new capability, or product feature.
You will work with diverse global teams, spanning data producer and data consumer functions, to define and execute against milestones of the data management roadmap. Clients will use the products you develop to gain in-depth insights into their travel program.
What You'll Do :
- Define specific product requirements, features, and functionality
- Partner across functional teams with a focus on Product, Technology and Operations
- Lead the execution of products from inception through deployment with measurable outcomes
- Catalyst of change that can influence the broader organization and community of Amex GBT Egencia leaders
- Manage and prioritize product backlog based on business value
- Identify and communicate key dependencies. Partner with dependent teams to achieve prioritization against road map
- Monitor the team's development velocity and facilitate the resolution of risks and blockers
- Lead communication and solution delivery across cross-functional operating teams
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to inform product improvements and updates
- Stay current with market trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' products

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $60,000 to $120,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that Egencia expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
