We're looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role will support the leisure supplier relations and Independent Agent Teams at Ovation Network. This position is an exciting and rare opportunity. Location : New York City / In-Office
What You’ll Do :
Technical assistance and support- computer hardware, mobile devices, printers and travel technology tools.
Troubleshoot issues and find solutions.
Maintain IA SharePoint data.
Maintain master dashboard from multiple systems (Sabre EPR, Agresso, and Ovation).
Assist in development of streamlined onboarding process.

Accounting and Finance
What We’re Looking For :
1-2 years IT support experience.
Sabre Knowledge a plus but not required.
Exceptional organization and time management.
Demonstrates the ability to streamline processes, maintain updated resources, and manage multiple responsibilities.
Has an understanding of the luxury travel industry and the dynamics of working with Independent Agents, ensuring seamless interactions and value-driven partnerships.
Skilled in responding to requests, maintaining structured systems, and ensuring timely follow-ups with partners.
Strong understanding of technology and data governance.
Excellent data and analytics acumen.
Creative thinker with strong strategic and executional skills.
Open-minded and innovative, with perseverance to see projects through to completion.

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $46,000 to $93,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
