Egencia Conversational Team is seeking a Software Development Engineer II to join our team of experienced software developers. The team's responsibilities span front-end web development to back-end travel services. We are looking for someone who can leverage their deep technical knowledge, passion for solving real-world business problems, and dedication to innovative thinking to ensure Egencia continues to be the technology leader in the corporate travel space.

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $50,000 to $100,000. The national range provided includes the base salary that Egencia expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.

The team's responsibilities span front-end web development to back-end travel services. What You’ll Do:
- Contribute to refine business requirements via grooming session.
- Help design and build high quality product.
- Write unit, automation, and integration tests to ensure the quality of your product.
- Support the production on all product life cycle including production support.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization and regions.
- Participate in design and code reviews.
- Enthusiastically look for ways to make our customers' experiences better.
- Bachelor's / Master’s in Computer Science or related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience.
- 2 years of developing and delivering highly available enterprise web applications in Java development environment a must.
- Strong experience of front-end web technologies including JavaScript, Node or React.
- Excellent problem solving and strong communication skills.
- Experience supporting the infrastructure and deployment pipelines of applications.
- Communicates with transparency and precision, presenting complex information in a concise format.
