Job Summary
Technology Vendor Management supports the monitoring and evaluation of technology vendors, and provides effective vendor management processes and expertise to ensure adherence to interagency guidelines and alignment to Tech Strategy
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively utilizes technology vendor management tools to monitor and manage vendor performance
- Supports monitoring and evaluating vendor performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements
- Supports in documenting business-related needs to support desired contractual or commercial terms and negotiation strategy positions
- Supports cross-functional teams to align vendor performance with organizational objectives
- Supports with the communication of processes and requirements of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual information to others within Technology function, and assess Service Level Credit (SLCs) as needed
- Collaborates and co-creates effectively with teams in product and the business to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, and/or comparable field of study
- Experience in process documentation related to audit and compliance measures
- Experience in storytelling with data analytics
- Knowledge of reporting principles
- Knowledge of vendor management processes and tools
- Knowledge of contract management principles
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other data analysis tools
