Job Responsibilities:
- Provide urgent care and primary care services to patients of all ages.
- Conduct physical examinations, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans.
- Perform minor procedures such as suturing, splinting, and wound care.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging.
- Prescribe medications and educate patients on treatment options.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Tennessee.
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) preferred.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care.
- Proficiency in performing minor procedures.
- Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple patients efficiently.
- Familiarity with urgent care billing procedures and coding practices.
- Knowledge of telemedicine services and ability to provide virtual care as needed.
- DOT certification or willingness to obtain

Salary : $105,000 - $135,000
