Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our mobile home setup crew. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks to support our operations, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. This position includes, setting mobile homes in both the cold and the heat, plumbing, siding, roofing, and possibly some dry wall work.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Operate hand tools and power tools as required for specific tasks.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
- Help with the assembly or disassembly of structures or equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals effectively.
Experience
- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- A commitment to safety practices and procedures is essential.
