What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Engineer , Martech position at American Family Insurance Agency Staff?
In this role you will support the development and execution of AMFAM Customer Communication Programs and Automations. You will play a hands-on role in building customer journeys and data automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and contributing to the management and support of the customer lifecycle journey, including but not limited to the deployment of new triggered campaigns and highly personalized multi-channel programs to enhance customer experiences.

Primary Accountabilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
- Understand and map Business Challenges into SFMC platform, ensuring scalable, secure, comprehensive solution design
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions that meet business requirements
- Proficient in executing Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations with external systems, data sources using SOAP and REST API Integrations
- Define and implement data integration strategies for importing and exporting data into / out of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Build, test, deploy and execute highly personalized responsive emails / Cloud Pages with extensive knowledge of AMP script and Guide Template Language ( preferred)
- Ensure data quality and maintain data governance standards by building and managing Data Extensions, Segments, and Cloud Pages
- Experience with data architecture / schema, including relational data models and sql syntax, documentation of data models, and data flows
- Identify project issues / risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve Sizing of delivery effort for solutions
