What You'll Do :
Create personalized and professional customer service experiences by building trust and strong relationships.
Answer customer questions about coverages, billing, claims, or products.
Follow J.D. Power’s best practices to ensure customer satisfaction.
Make updates to existing accounts and policies.
Help customers understand their policy options.
Provide estimates and quotes for policy premiums.
What We're Looking For :
Bilingual – English & Spanish.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to work independently and manage your tasks.
Great communication skills.
Comfortable using PC software (Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer).
Preferred But Not Required :
Property and Casualty insurance licensing (preferred before hiring, required before starting).
Active involvement in the local community.
Experience in prospecting and sales.
