Our current Office Manager has been with us for all of our 24 years and is preparing for retirement, making this a unique opportunity to step in to a stable and well-supported role. Key Responsibilities
Customer Support – Answer incoming calls and assist clients with billing questions, policy inquiries, and claims follow-ups .
Policy Management – Review accounts, suggest missing coverages and additional policies to ensure clients are fully protected.
Administrative Duties – Monitor agency notifications, follow up on outstanding tasks, and manage basic office operations.
Collaboration – Work closely with the agent and sales team to provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships.
What We’re Looking For
Required :
Current Property & Casualty and Life Insurance Licenses preferred or must obtain within 30 days of hire (agent-paid licensing).
Strong communication skills with a positive and problem-solving attitude.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn insurance software systems.
Organized, dependable, and a team player with a willingness to help others.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred :
Prior insurance experience (not required but a plus).
