Job Summary
The Client Service Representative plays a key role in creating a simple and elegant service experience for our clients and potential new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-selling opportunities identification
- Coordination with sales specialists for follow-up
- Assistance to the agency owner in attaining agency service goals
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in the insurance industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Customer Service:
- Personalized customer service experiences
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding coverages, billing, claims or products
- Processing changes to existing accounts and policies
- Liaison between the agency and business partners
Agency Operations:
- Scheduling appointments with customers
- Daily administrative functions
- Cash handling and banking activities
Insurance Sales:
- Reviewing existing coverages and advising customers on policy options
- Estimating and quoting policy premiums
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions
Education/Licenses/Designations:
- Property/casualty licenses (life and/or health licenses to be determined by the agent)
