- Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional client services.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in cash handling and basic financial transactions.
- Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide thoughtful solutions.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and a proactive approach to upselling products or services.
- Excellent typing skills for accurate data entry during customer interactions.

- Property and Casualty license is requited, must be willing to get licensed.
