We’re hiring a Director of Sales to help us continue building our brand by establishing strong relationships, networking, and engaging both prospective and existing clients. This role will work closely with the agency owner to develop and implement strategies that drive customer loyalty and business growth.
As the Director of Sales, your responsibilities will include customer outreach, business-to—business visits, scheduling appointments, running sales presentations, generating leads, and advising clients on strategies to protect themselves and their families from risk. You’ll oversee the effectiveness of our loyalty and satisfaction initiatives. If you’re bilingual in Bosnian, that’s a plus!
We’re looking for someone who is coachable, driven, trustworthy, hard-working, and a top-notch communicator with strong problem-solving skills.
The role offers a starting salary of $38,000 with a lucrative bonus and commission structure. On average our directors earn around $68,000 annually, with even higher earning potential for those who excel. State licensing in property & casualty is required within the first 30 days of employment.
