Reporting to the Architecture AVP, you will be responsible for the oversight of the applications engineering function in developing, releasing, and maintaining software applications aligned to business needs. Responsible for understanding and contributing to business decisions and strategy aligned to corporate objectives.
Position Compensation Range :
147,000.00 - $250,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.
Primary Accountabilities :
- You will oversee the design, implementation, and support of technology stacks working with engineering teams to deliver new products applying continuous delivery and integration.
- You will cultivate and enable a customer-centric product culture that uses data, analytics, empathy, and experimentation to design, validate, and deliver valuable products and services for customers, stakeholders, and business partners.
- Work with business areas to identify capabilities and features needed to support business objectives.
- Work with key business leaders to identify future strategy and the core business process changes needed to support that strategy.
- Oversee efforts to determine the impacts of business process and system changes on employees and required skillsets needed in the new environment.
- As Director, you will advocate agile principles and practices to achieve team health, delivery, and drive continuous improvement.
- Create a collaborative, performance-driven work environment by facilitating and promoting trust, transparency, and inclusion. Work with team members to set clear goals, provide feedback, perform performance assessments, and support ongoing development.
- Lead with influence and expertise. Actively contribute to division or department leadership team. Communicates and supports organization mission, vision, values, policies, and practices.
