American Family Insurance, situated between the east side of Madison and Sun Prairie, is on the lookout for a sales specialist to help generate more leads for our location. Sales may not suit everyone, but if you thrive on engaging with people, attending events, enjoy a mix of office and fieldwork, and relish the thrill of securing new leads, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Our location is privately owned, meaning you won’t be working in a corporate environment, allowing for a more relaxed atmosphere.
This position is Monday through Friday and involves a combination of office time and fieldwork. To succeed in this role, you should have sales experience, though it doesn't have to be in the insurance sector. If you don't already hold an insurance license, you will have the chance to obtain one after being hired.
Compensation includes a base salary plus commission:
- Total Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 annually (including commission)
- Base Pay: $40,000
