In this role you will support the development and execution of AMFAM Customer Communication Programs and Automations. You will play a hands-on role in building customer journeys and data automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and contributing to the management and support of the customer lifecycle journey, including but not limited to the deployment of new triggered campaigns and highly personalized multi-channel programs to enhance customer experiences.
Primary Accountabilities
• Develop and implement integrated marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform
• Understand and map Business Challenges into SFMC platform, ensuring scalable, secure, comprehensive solution design
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver solutions that meet business requirements
• Proficient in executing Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations with external systems, data sources using SOAP and REST API Integrations
• Define and implement data integration strategies for importing and exporting data into/out of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Build, test, deploy and execute highly personalized responsive emails/Cloud Pages with extensive knowledge of AMP script and Guide Template Language ( preferred )
• Ensure data quality and maintain data governance standards by building and managing Data Extensions, Segments, and Cloud Pages
Required Experience
5 years minimum of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
• Experience designing and leading the development and execution of personalized direct communication programs at scale through email channel and other inbound and outbound channel.
• End to end campaign management and delivery using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including - planning, development, execution, and performance - processes with internal and external parties involved and development of platform operation, management of campaign execution and automation resources and agency, best practices and budget.
• Experience creating highly responsive direct customer and communications. On direct marketing, on brand, on channel best practices with unique combination of creativity and effectiveness. Design background a plus. Master email marketing communications, comfortable writing and/or reviewing copy, HTML and AMPscript knowledge is must.
• Good to have experience working Salesforce Data Cloud Zero ETL strategies using Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Connect, and other native tools like Salesforce External Objects and Streaming API to eliminate the need for traditional ETL pipelines
Certifications (Preferred)
- Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification
- Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Specialist (or equivalent Salesforce certifications)
- Salesforce Administrator or Developer Certification (or equivalent).
Salary : $144,000 - $180,000
