Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Cold Calling: Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct needs assessments for clients to recommend suitable insurance products.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals and quotes to clients.
- Sales Goals: Achieve a monthly sales target of 22 new policies or $39,000. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual performance metrics,
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to review their insurance needs and adjust coverage as necessary.
- Administrative Duties:
- Process insurance applications, endorsements, and claims efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Compliance & Ethics:
- Adhere to all industry regulations and company policies.
- Ensure all insurance sales practices are ethical and compliant with legal standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly desirable.
- Licensing: Must hold a valid insurance license in Property, Casualty. and Life Additional licenses may be required based on the products sold.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities, including experience with cold calling.
