What are the responsibilities and job description for the Multi-Media Designer position at American Family Insurance?
This position works as part of a team and consults with enterprise leadership on design and communication strategies that best articulate intended message and the best medium(s) to deliver the message. This role delivers creative communications that include on-brand graphic design, visuals, interactivity and / or motion.
Position Compensation Range :
68,000.00 - $113,000.00

Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.
Primary Accountabilities
- Designs and / or revises a wide array of print, digital and motion creative to establish and promote the company's brand with both external and internal audiences.
- Partners with peers and key stakeholders to deliver excellence in design, graphic technique, style, and layout for each project to ensure the design communication goal is met, and that brand, design standards, and brand guidelines are followed.
- Monitors latest content strategy trends, competitive and consumer / customer activity to forecast design changes and evolve design recommendations and content positioning.

In this Hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations : Madison, WI 53783
