Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
• Assist clients with policy changes, claims, and other inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve agency objectives.

Qualifications:

• Able to obtain Property, Casualty & Life license ahead of first day of employment.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.
