Provides supports to leadership and partner development teams regarding establishing and managing partner relationships.
In this hybrid role, you will work at least 10 days per month from the office. You should reside within approximately 35-50 miles of one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783 or Boston, MA 02110.

Primary Accountabilities
- Implements and supports assigned products and associated system releases, including defect prioritization and management. Works with technology partners on system solutions and requirements, including proposal options and costs.
- Supports the creation of specific underwriting strategies and policies based on external industry and economic trends, and internal capabilities and business performance.
- Supports the establishment of underwriting referral rules and processes.
- Collaborates with internal partners to establish new and managing existing partner relationships.
- Accountable for the maintenance of business rules & requirements and documentation.
- Provides input into product & pricing planning and development processes regarding system impacts. Establishes and maintains process for underwriting risk reviews.
- Supports the communications, education and launch efforts for assigned products.
- Collaborates with Product Managers on the development and refinement of detailed operational data, metrics, and reporting requirements. Provides product intent (contract and underwriting) for consumer complaints and DOI inquiries.
- Collaborates with Corporate Compliance for Department of Insurance market conduct examinations and inquiries.
- Collaborates with Product Development, Product Management and IT on the consolidation of our corporate programs and platforms through conversions and migrations.
- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of Property and Casualty Insurance product design and underwriting concepts.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of market research and marketplace trends in insurance coverage.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, practices, techniques and tools.
