As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in representing the human resources and people services areas, delivering key initiatives across the organization to help business areas achieve their strategic objectives. You will lead a dynamic team that diagnoses, develops, and implement client-specific solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Business HR.
Position Compensation Range :
86,000.00 - $142,000.00
Pay Rate Type : Salary
Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates.
Primary Accountabilities
- Collaborate with and leverage centers of practice (CoP) and shared services for business solutions, guiding through the employee lifecycle and service offerings including talent acquisition, inclusion, development, succession planning, and retention.
- Identify and implement strategic talent solutions in support of a transforming organization; ensuring the overall organization and culture are designed around strategic talent growth with a heavy focus on talent development, succession planning, and a culture of inclusion.
- Provide strategic business partnership to executives and division leaders.
- Support client specific HR Solutions.
- Support in the deployment of transformation work.
- Lead with influence.

In this flex office / home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations : Madison, WI 53783; or Boston, MA 02110.
Candidates may be eligible for relocation based on the needs of the role.
