POSITION SUMMARY

Work required in this position is highly precise in nature and requires a very strong attention to detail.  It is vital for the work output to be very high quality, with correct results, time and time again.  Checking and double checking is often necessary; individuals performing the job must be both patient and aware.  Both the content and the presentation are important; all work must be highly polished. This position is eligible for up to two days of remote working per week. 

ESSENTIAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Residential loan processing, document preparation and support
• Delivery of a consistent, superior experience for the customer both internal and external at every customer contact point
• Pre-Underwrite of Residential Real Estate Files
• Collateral valuation review of Residential Real Estate Files
• Consumer loan document preparation and onboarding as needed
• Commercial and ag loan document preparation and setup backup as needed
• Daily and recurring loan-related products and servicing activities
  • Examples include updating daily rates, appraisal orders, MERS reports, etc.
     

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, financial or a related field
• Minimum three years of loan operations experience preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of Real Estate loan regulations preferred
• Broad knowledge of loan regulatory compliance and operational control elements
• Understanding of AFB loan-related products and services
