Construction Foreman

Clean Driving Record & Valid CDL Required

American Fence Company is one of the largest fence contractors in the country, with operations across seven states throughout the Midwest. And we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Commercial Construction Foreman to join us at our Kearney, NE branch. Our Foremen are responsible for the daily management and continued development of our crews and crew members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of commercial construction laborers.
• Foster a positive and motivated team environment.
• Provide technical guidance, on-the-job training, and performance appraisals to employees.
• Coordinate and schedule tasks to meet project deadlines.
• Problem-solve and communicate issues accordingly
• Monitor and manage inventory.
• Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accuracy.
• Inspect work for quality and compliance with codes and regulations.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a construction foreman, crew lead, or other similar role.
• Experience in fence installation, with strong knowledge of fence materials, tools, and processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Clean driving record and valid CDL required.

Compensation & Benefits

• $22-$27 per hour starting wage, dependent upon experience
