We are rated one of the top-rated places to work in Omaha and have 4 stars on both Indeed and Glassdoor. We are currently looking to add a Lead Generation Supervisor to our growing team. The Lead Generation Supervisor will oversee the Lead Generation department to help support sales efforts for the company. This position will research potential clients, identify key decision makers, establish relationships, and develop strategies to engage them. The role will track customer interactions, provide progress reports, and communicate with various colleagues, and track interactions to ensure leads are assigned with appropriate follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Identify new lead sources and opportunities.
- Assist in sourcing documents for projects such as plans, schedules, etc.
- Review plans, identify scope within those projects.
- Supervise sales generation leads including addressing performance, writing reviews, setting expectations, training and developing, etc.
- Define team goals and measure results.
- Facilitate meetings.
- Set up accounts in planning rooms for estimators, etc.
- Set up vendor profiles with general contractors with data integrity.
- Make outbound calls to include cold calls within industry contacts.
- Search construction/engineering planning rooms for leads specific to industry, and populate those leads into branch project lists based on geographic area.
- Research social media and local news for construction activity throughout related geographical footprint.
- Identify contacts with engineers, architects, contractors, vendors, etc. and build those relationships into a network of sharing information.
- Develop and maintain a tracking mechanism for leads generated for specific branches.
- Monitor sales data and estimator success company-wide.
- Maintain communication with branch managers, estimators, and project managers, ensuring leads generated are being assigned and followed up via project lists and bid logs.
- Maintain and publish sales rankings and branch sales dashboards weekly.
- Assisting the Director of Marketing with operational and strategic initiatives.
- Lead in defining project outlines.
- Create, update, and maintain departmental SOPs.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns.
