OUTSIDE SALES SPECIALIST
American Fence Company of Minnesota is seeking an experienced and driven Outside Sales Specialist to join our Rochester team of industry professionals. Were interested in high-energy candidates with prior lead generation and sales experience, who can build and maintain a large network of industry professionals within the assigned region, to generate leads for product sales and installation projects.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
- $72,000 per year, plus commission
- No weekends
- Paid time off

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research, evaluate, and weigh leads online and in-person.
- Develop contacts and build industry relationships to source material sales and installation projects.
- Maintain communication with colleagues to support lead follow-up.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree and/or a minimum of two years of experience in construction sales, business to business, or other lead generation techniques.
- Demonstrated research ability.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Responsive to changing priorities.
- High order of organization and time-management practices.
- Ability to multitask with frequent interruptions.
- Builds rapport and develops positive working relationships with customers and team members.
