As a specialty trade contractor, prequalifying with general contractors throughout the industry is a vital component of our continued growth. We're looking for a Prequalification Specialist to seek out and coordinate our engagement with prequalification programs as a member of the lead generation team at our corporate headquarters in La Vista, NE.
Responsibilities
- Seek out new companies to initiate the prequalification process.
- Complete all prequalification questionnaires, working with relevant departments to obtain the required information and documentation.
- Manage all prequalification portals and systems.
- Create and maintain all SAM.gov accounts for each of the ranches.
- Create and improve prequalification process and library.
