- Work collaboratively with manager and department colleagues.

- Collaborate with attorneys to prepare for and close transactions
- Law student from accredited law school who has completed over 50 course hours.
- Highly detail-oriented
- Desire to learn corporate culture
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Technical skills required for navigation in multiple systems and learning new technology
- Working in office with opportunities for remote hours.
