- Communicate with referral partners, clients, real estate agents, lenders, and underwriters to nurture relationships and generate new business.
- Assist with mortgage loan applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected, analyzed, and reviewed per loan guidelines.
- Provide seamless support throughout the loan process, keeping things moving efficiently.

Compensation:Min $50k yearly per file bonus based on experience
Responsibilities:- Assist with administrative duties such as making and screening calls, booking appointments, etc.
- Gather and coordinate necessary loan documentation necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork
- Be the primary liaison between the mortgage loan officer and our clients and schedule meetings to discuss outstanding items
- Follow up and respond to customer and in-house inquiries on transactions as needed in order to provide superior customer service
- Check all loan package documents for complete accuracy and submit any discrepancies to the loan officer/ loan originator
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented with excellent customer service and communication skills
- NMLS license or training is not required, but is desired
- Preferably 2-3 years of administrative support in a professional office or mortgage environment

- Written Communication: Proficient in drafting clear and concise emails, reports, and documentation
Proficiency with Technology
- Software Knowledge: Familiar with loan processing software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools. Encompass experience preferred
- Tech Savvy: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology and systems
Understanding of the Mortgage Industry
- Loan Processing Knowledge: Familiarity with loan types, processes, and documentation requirements
- Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
