Position: ITM Department Coordinator
American Fire Protection, Inc. is a 52-year-old Fire Sprinkler Contractor licensed in SC, NC, GA, and TN. We are looking for a Fire Sprinkler ITM Coordinator that is a Self-Starter, Detail Oriented, has excellent Planning Skills, and is very Organized.
The Fire Sprinkler ITM Coordinator will support the Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance Team at American Fire Protection; by Strategically Scheduling Inspections and Service Calls, Invoice Clients, Make Collection Calls, Organize and Maintain Client Files and Answer the Telephone.
Job Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Proficient in Adobe Acrobat
Professionalism when working with Customers
Compensation:
$20-$24 hourly rate
Hours:
Monday - Thursday 7:00-5:30
