What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong desire to learn and grow in the flooring trade
✅ Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
✅ Ability to lift up to 100 lbs (with proper equipment)
✅ Flexibility to work any day, including weekends
✅ Willingness to drive company vehicles (training provided)
✅ Ability to use tools and equipment (we’ll train you!)
✅ High school diploma or equivalent
