Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices to ensure organizational well-being.
- Contribute to the achievement of the company’s strategic and operational goals.
- Use financial data to improve profitability.
- Monitor production and perform quality controls.
- Recruit, train, develop, supervise, and appraise human resources.
- Address clients’ and employees’ concerns and provide solutions.
- Manage operational systems and maintain company equipment.
- Provide daily training and coaching based on evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and staff.
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Effective time management and deadline adherence.
- Experience in budget development, forecasting, and oversight.
- Familiarity with business and financial principles.
- Strong work ethic and flexibility.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Positive impact on company culture and direction.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Full-time access to a personal vehicle.
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field preferred.
- Proven work experience as an operations manager.
