What You’ll Do:
As a Territory Manager, you'll be the face of American Floor and Home—driving sales, building trusted partnerships, and delivering exceptional service from the showroom to the job site. You will:
Grow your territory by building trusted relationships and helping clients find the right flooring solutions
Represent top-tier products and present them with confidence and clarity
Attend jobsite visits, host showroom walk-throughs, and offer hands-on support to clients
Be the go-to expert for your customers, always keeping them in the loop and ahead of the curve
Use your time wisely, follow up like a pro, and manage your pipeline with the help of CRM tools
Stay in the know on trends, competitors, and market movements that can shape your strategy

Qualifications
Outside sales experience preferred (hospitality, customer service, or construction industry experience is a plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
Must have a valid driver’s license, an acceptable driving record, and full-time access to a personal vehicle
Must be able to travel throughout Oʻahu and occasionally attend events outside of regular hours
Must be available Monday through Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility to work additional hours or holidays as needed
