Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for data and IT support? We’re looking for a dedicated IT/Systems Analyst - Report Writer to join American Floor and Home in Honolulu, Hawaii. In this role, you'll help ensure our IT infrastructure is running smoothly while providing valuable data insights to drive business decisions. What You’ll Do:
- System Maintenance & IT Support: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Data Reporting: Generate insightful reports and dashboards from enterprise systems (RFMS, CRM) to support business growth.
- Optimize IT Infrastructure: Evaluate and recommend enhancements to improve network efficiency and security.
- Training & Documentation: Develop training materials and provide IT support to employees, helping them maximize tech tools.
- Vendor & Project Support: Assist with IT equipment repairs, service agreements, and IT-related projects.
- Travel: Frequent travel to various company locations for setups, troubleshooting, training, meetings, and events.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 2 years in IT support, system administration, or database/ reporting roles (experience with RFMS, CRM, or Power BI is a plus). At least 3 years of experience in report writing, data analysis, or a related role.
- Skills: Strong troubleshooting, data analysis, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Attitude: A proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in both independent and team settings.
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is preferred, but not required.
