Forklift/ High-Reach Operator

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to efficiently move products throughout the facility. This role requires attention to safety protocols and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.

Duties

• Operate forklifts and other machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with OSHA regulations.
• Perform order picking and ensure accurate loading and unloading of materials.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, including cranes and forklifts, to maintain mechanical integrity.
• Assist in materials handling tasks, including sorting, stacking, and storing products in designated areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the warehouse.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Document inventory movements accurately to support inventory management processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Forklift Operator or in a similar role within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Familiarity with order picking processes and materials handling best practices.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by job duties.
• Valid forklift certification is preferred; OSHA certification is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
