Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control Inspector located in Pittston, PA. The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for conducting inspections, ensuring quality assurance, managing quality control processes, and effectively communicating findings to their superior.

• Responsible for inspecting all raw and auxiliary materials used in production and conveying the inspection results to relevant departments.                                                         
• Collect quality standards for raw materials and require suppliers to provide corresponding quality assurance certificates.                                                                                     
• Collect feedback from various processes on the use of materials, and accept materials in accordance with product production and quality standards requirements.                              
• Collect sealed or incoming samples of materials that directly affect product quality and provide technical testing of material properties and traceability of product quality when necessary.                                                                              
• Summarize the acceptance status of raw and auxiliary materials at the end of each month, analyze the quality of the same material from different suppliers, and submit it to the quality center.                                                                                                
• Track the use of newly tested raw materials after acceptance and record the quality of the products.                                                                            
• Keep relevant quality records and preserve samples of raw and auxiliary materials.
• Responsible for the use and daily maintenance of inspecting equipment.                  
• Obey management and complete other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Inspection skills
• Experience in Quality Management
• Strong communication abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Quality Control certification is preferred
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Bilingual- English and Chinese
