Nationally recognized flight school in business for over 85 years seeks Student Services Coordinator. Our Student Services Coordinator is responsible for assisting and supporting students studying for an aviation career.
Qualifications:
- Must possess superior verbal, written, organizational and problem solving skills
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Can do attitude
- Ability to adapt/respond to different types of students
- Understanding the concept of student oversight and working in team environment to provide
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- At least 10 year’s experience in customer service
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Working with school manager, operations team members, instructors and chief pilots to ensure the student’s success
- Participation in daily team meetings to review student progress
- Daily, weekly and monthly accounting tasks
- Sending out progress reports and arranging parent calls if needed with school director
- Assisting with TSA approval and Immigration compliance for students with guidance of senior management
- Identify and assess student needs to achieve success by coordinating with school director

Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
