Summary

The Dining Worker/Server will efficiently greet and serve menu items to guests from a station or serving line. Additional tasks may also include assisting the cashier, cleaning the kitchen, and serving areas, stocking, equipment upkeep and other related work as required.
Responsibilities
- Follow established recipes to prepare and serve menu items for a food station.
- Greet and serve guests in a fast, efficient, and friendly manner.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure correct serving temperatures and adequate portion control, temperature logs, and dates.
- Provide guests with information regarding food ingredients, availability, and pricing.
- Cashier duties may include operating a POS, accept payment for food and beverage purchases.
- Assist with labels and packaging food for take-out menus and mobile ordering.
- Escalate customer concerns and complaints to management.
- Clean, organize, and maintain kitchen, equipment, utensils, and general areas.
- May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed.
- 1 years prior experience in a Customer Service, Food Service, or Retail position preferred.
- Able to work well with others as well as excel independently.
- Time management skills and task focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read, write, communicate effectively.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs, bend, climb stairs, stand, and walk for entire scheduled shift.
