The Aitch Boner is responsible for removing the aitch bone from the inside round using their knife and paying close attention to detail not to damage product, they will use the following steps:
The Aitch Boner is responsible for removing the aitch bone from the inside round using their knife and paying close attention to detail not to damage product, they will use the following steps:
- Use hook to pull inside off conveyor
- Use a knife to remove oyster meat from the bone
- Use a knife to remove bone from the inside
- Push insides onto conveyor
- Place aitch bone into bone chute
- Push trim down the trim hole
- Steel Knife

Minimum Qualifications (Required):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must be able to work in a humid, cold, wet or slippery surface at varied heights in and around moving equipment and parts with the use of personal protective equipment (P.P.E)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience/knowledge of manufacturing environment
- Previous knife experience in manufacturing environment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Be attentive to detail
- Ability to work safely, wear P.P.E, and follow instructions
- Ability to attend work consistently
- Display strong work ethic
