What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitor position at American Foods Group, LLC?
Overview
As our Janitor, you will:
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, appliances, windows, etc.
- Restock supplies.
- Empty and clean trash containers and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas.
- Clean office, restrooms, or designated areas and ensure cleaning supplies are organized and well-stocked.
- Ensure facility and grounds are free of debris; includes hallways, stairways, walkways, parking lot, main entrance, and lobby.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Observe and report damage of property.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Must be reliable and have good time management skills.
- Must have high work standards including the ability to meet performance standards without supervision.

Summary
America's Heartland Packing is set to open its doors in early 2025. The 775,000 sq. ft. greenfield project will include a harvest floor, carcass chillers, fabrication area, rendering, further processing area, storage coolers, freezers, and loading docks.
