What are the available positions?
We have numerous open positions in General Production in our Harvest and Fabrication department. In addition, we are hiring in:
- Operations
- Utilities
- Waste Water
- Barn/Hides
- Human Resources, Training & Safety
- Maintenance
- Quality Assurance
- Distribution
As a member of the production department, you will be responsible for many duties that can include:
- Removal of viscera and other non-edible parts.
- Meat cutting in our processing department, deboning, specific cuts for institutional use, commercial or other types of use, and packaging.
- Use of proper protective equipment (helmet, safety glasses, steel toe boots, steel mesh apron) provided by the employer.
