We are seeking a Operation Analyst highly motivated Industrial Engineering student or recent graduate to join our team as an Operations Analyst. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and make an impact by optimizing and standardizing our operational processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Map and document existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and create standard operational workflows and work processes.
- Define and document roles and responsibilities for operational functions.
- Design and implement ERP standard job aids to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and ensure alignment.
- Provide support for process improvement initiatives and other related projects.
