As a Seasonal Adaptive Soccer Referee/Coach, you will play a crucial role in working with kids with intellectual disabilities. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A SOCCER OFAL

To excel as a Seasonal Adaptive Soccer Referee/Coach, several key skills and qualifications are essential. First and foremost, candidates must be at least 14 years old at the time of employment and possess the ability to effectively work with children who have intellectual disabilities. Strong communication skills are imperative for teaching and explaining the rules and regulations of soccer while maintaining a professional demeanor during games.

Additionally, physical fitness is also vital, as officials must be in reasonably good condition to endure extended periods on their feet while staying focused and engaged in the action. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Minimum age of 14 at time of employment
• Patience with and the ability to work with children of all ages and intellectual abilities..
• Must be in reasonably good physical condition and be able to work for extended periods of time on his/her feet.
